The laboratory of neuroimaging and multimodal analysis focuses on the MRI and neurophysiological, as well as transcranial magnetic stimulation studies in psychiatry.

The structural and functional MRI, diffusion-weighted imaging  and 1H-MR spectroscopy in conjunction with event-related potentials and EEG recording  are applied for the research of brain peculiarities in schizophrenia, depression and  ultra-high risk states .

Also, the studies on the role of immunological and molecular-genetics factors in pathogenesis of mental disorders are being conducted  (in cooperation with the other research groups).

Since 2016, a collaboration study on the neuroimaging genetics  has been established with the State Scientific-Research Institute of Physiology & Basic Medicine (Novosibirsk).
